Velcro attachment straps allow for rapid use (can be put on and secured in under 5 seconds). Constructed of 500 denier Cordura. Level IIIA soft panel meets the new NIJ '04 standard. Adjustable two inch shoulder and waist straps. Front Specs: Four rows of MOLLE web gear attachment. One Velcro loop panel for ID patch. Rear Specs: Five rows of MOLLE web gear attachment (5 rows x 6 columns). One pouch for optional soft armor panel or rifle plate.
